2023 Student Scholarship- due April 7, 2023

We are now accepting applications for the 2023 Scholarship through April 7, 2023. 

Please apply through the "Scholarship Application" tab.  The scholarship application is open until April 7, 2023.  There will be two $500 scholarships awarded. 

• Applicant must be a Registered Nurse and licensed by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
• Applicant must have completed at least one semester of an accredited  Advanced Practice Nurse Program, either MSN or DNP. Applicant must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. scholarship awards.
• Scholarship application (online)
• Resume/CV
• A letter of verification of current enrollment status and GPA from the school representative.
• Verification of membership to TANC- We can look this up as long as you have completed the membership application.
• No reference letter is required; optional only.
• Awardees will be notified by email.
• Scholarship winners may be featured in the next newsletter.

Application Process:

1. Complete Scholarship Application-must be a student member of TANC
2. The application will be reviewed by the TANC Board members
3. RN license will be verified via the Texas Board of Nursing
4. Please provide a letter verifying current enrollment status, and GPA must be included from a school representative(graduate advisor, program director, etc.)
